Today, the Executive Secretary of the Northern Corridor Transit and Transport Coordination Authority joined the regional leaders and technical experts in the Ministerial Meeting on the Single Customs Territory (SCT) held in Kigali, Rwanda, bringing together Ministries responsible for the SCT from Northern Corridor Integration Projects member states.
The meeting reviewed the status of implementation of the 14th Heads of State Summit Directives of the Northern Corridor Integration Projects (NCIPs) Partner States under the SCT Cluster.
The meeting reaffirmed the Partner States’ shared commitment to deepening regional integration, enhancing trade facilitation, and advancing the seamless movement of goods and services along the Northern Corridor through effective implementation of the Single Customs Territory framework
